How do I get to ... ?

One of the nice things about Downtown Sacramento is the signing. There are signs everywhere telling how to get to the capitol, Old Sac, the freeways, etc. This might be going a little too far though.

On the way to work this morning a squirrel was loudly complaining about a cat in the vicinity. For some reason he seemed to think that we were the appropriate authority to lodge the complaint with. After barking back and forth for a few moments in squirrelese a man passed by and scared him off.

Looking for Punta?

I was researching the California coast and came across the name “Punta Gorda”. Since my Spanish skills are somewhere between pathetic and non-existent it sounded odd to me so I Googled it. I hit enter before typing “Gorda”. Apparently you can find what you want on eBay, even “Punta”.
